Working clearance is an important quality indicator of bearings and a crucial parameter for their normal operation. If the working clearance of a bearing is too small, it can cause an increase in the friction torque of the bearing and generate a large amount of heat during operation, leading to bearing heating and damage. Therefore, when installing the equipment, pay attention to adjusting the original clearance of the bearings to the standard value.

If the selection of lubricating oil is inappropriate, or impurities such as dust enter the interior of the bearing, causing the inability to form a uniform lubricating oil film inside the bearing, it will not be able to reduce friction and lead to an increase in bearing temperature. Mixing different types of lubricating oils may lead to chemical reactions, causing the oil to deteriorate and clump, reducing lubrication effectiveness. Therefore, suitable lubricating oil should be selected. If replacing with other types of grease, the original grease should be cleaned first to avoid mixing different types of grease. 4. Poor bearing quality or unreasonable selection
