The sliding unit of SBR Supported Rods bearing block assembly is a sliding unit composed of box-type linear bearing, high hardness LM Shaft and anti-deflection aluminum rail. High-hardness shaft (45# Steel after high-frequency heat treatment, hardness HRC55-60, hard chrome plating on the surface) and anti-deflection aluminum rail (anodized high-strength aluminum alloy for the box) The screw holes required for installation are after the shaft is hardened. The drilling process carried out ensures the accuracy of the product.Usually used with SBR..UU sliders, or extended SBR..LUU sliders.
