Spherical Roller Bearings have double row rollers, the outer ring has a shared spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are inclined at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This structure enables it to have good self-aligning performance and can compensate for axial errors. Spherical Roller Bearings mainly bear radial loads, but can also bear axial loads in either direction.

Spherical Roller Bearings are available in two types: cylindrical bore and conical bore. The taper of the inner diameter of the cone is 1:12 (suffix code K) and 1:30 (suffix code K30). This tapered inner hole bearing is matched with an adapter sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve, and the tapered inner hole self-aligning ball bearing can be easily and quickly assembled on the optical shaft or stepped machine shaft.
In order to improve the lubricating performance of the Spherical Roller Bearings, there is an annular oil groove on the outer ring of the bearing and 3 oil holes are evenly distributed, the suffix code is W33.
Spherical Roller Bearing cages mainly include: stamped steel plate cage (suffix CC), glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 cage (suffix TVPB), machined brass two-piece cage (suffix MB). Machined brass integral cage (suffix CA), stamped steel cage for vibration applications (suffix JPA). Brass cage (suffix EMA) for vibration applications.
